Kyle Larson Roasts Himself_ In a refreshing display of self-deprecating humor, NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Larson recently took to social media to playfully poke fun at himself.

Larson, a former Cup champion, is gearing up for his NASCAR Xfinity Series return this season, piloting the No. 17 for powerhouse team Hendrick Motorsports. This marks a significant comeback to the Xfinity Series after a 13-year hiatus for the team, which has been making steady appearances in the series over the past two seasons.

As the 2024 season kicks off, Daytona 500 champion William Byron will lead the charge for the team at Phoenix Raceway in March, with fellow drivers Chase Elliott and Alex Bowman also slated to take the wheel throughout the campaign.

However, Larson’s return to the Xfinity Series comes with a twist—he’ll only be competing in a handful of races, with his first appearance scheduled for March 23rd at Circuit of The Americas.

When Hendrick Motorsports unveiled their schedule for the season on social media, Larson couldn’t help but notice a humorous detail in the graphic. Despite the noticeable height difference between Larson, who stands at 5’6″, and his 6’1″ teammate Alex Bowman, the graphic depicted them as equals in stature.

In his characteristically light-hearted manner, Larson quipped about his newfound height parity with Bowman, punctuating his comment with a string of emojis.

Delving into the specifics of Larson’s Xfinity Series schedule for 2024, he’s slated to pilot the No. 17 for two races. Alongside his debut at the NASCAR Xfinity COTA race on March 23rd, Larson will also compete in The Loop 110 race at Chicago Street Course on July 6th.
